These Terms of Service apply to reservations, stays, property access, and related services for MKE Pleasure Paradyz, managed by StackHer LLC. By completing a booking, using the website, or entering the property, you agree to these terms.

1. Check-In & Check-Out

   • Nightly stays: Check-in 3:00 PM and check-out 11:00 AM.
   • Hourly stays: Duration 4 to 6 hours, with start times between 8:00 AM and 11:00 PM. Some stays may end the following day depending on the selected start time.
   • Check-in method: Self check-in with keypad. Property address and access instructions are provided after booking confirmation.
   • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

2. Guests & Occupancy

   • No pets or smoking indoors.
   • Nightly stays: Maximum of 3 guests. A $75 fee applies to the third guest and must be approved and included in the reservation.
   • Hourly stays: Up to 4 adults are permitted when booked in advance and approved by the host.
   • The primary guest's information and the total guest count must be accurately provided during the booking process. Unreported guests may result in denial of entry, cancellation, added fees, or termination of the stay without refund.
   • The primary guest must be 21 or older. All additional guests must be 18 or older unless otherwise explicitly approved in writing by the host.

3. House Rules & Conduct

   • Please respect the property as a private retreat. Unauthorized gatherings, disruptive behavior, public events, parties, or commercial filming are not permitted unless approved in advance in writing.
   • Guests must be considerate of neighbors, surrounding properties, and the community at all times.
   • Any illegal activity, unsafe conduct, or serious violation of house rules may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

4. Care of the Property

   • Guests agree to use the property, furnishings, amenities, and specialty spaces responsibly and with reasonable care.
   • Furniture, decor, and amenities should be returned to their original location and condition before departure.
   • Items may not be removed from the property. Missing items may be charged at replacement cost.
   • Before departure, guests should place used towels in the bathroom, bag up trash, turn off lights and appliances, lock doors and windows, and close blinds and curtains.

5. Safety & Property Information

   • Exterior security cameras monitor entrances, walkways, and other exterior approaches only. No cameras are placed inside guest-use interior areas.
   • Carbon monoxide detectors and smoke detectors are installed at the property.
   • Accessibility note: There is one step at the gate and four steps to enter the cottage.
   • Use of furnishings, fixtures, wellness features, and playroom equipment is at your own risk. Guests should follow posted guidance and use all items responsibly.

6. Payment Terms

   • Rates, taxes, and approved guest fees are due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated in writing.
   • If necessary to cover unpaid balances, damage beyond normal wear, excessive cleaning, missing items, policy violations, or other authorized charges, StackHer LLC may process an additional charge using the same payment method used for the booking, where allowed by law and payment processor rules.
   • Refunds for eligible cancellations are returned to the original payment method after the cancellation is confirmed, subject to the cancellation terms below.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

   To cancel or modify a reservation, please contact the host directly as soon as possible. Unless otherwise stated in writing for a specific reservation, cancellations made at least 14 days before check-in are eligible for a full refund.

   Once a cancellation is confirmed and eligible for refund, the refund is returned to the original payment method. Most refunds appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on the card issuer or financial institution.

8. Damages & Liability

   • Guests are responsible for damage, loss, missing items, excessive cleaning, or policy-related charges resulting from their stay or from the actions of anyone they invite to the property.
   • StackHer LLC and the property owner are not liable for accidents, injuries, losses, theft, or damage to personal property, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

9. Website Use

   By submitting booking details, messages, account information, or other information through the website, you represent that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use any contact information or payment method you provide. You agree not to misuse the website, impersonate another person, interfere with site functionality, or attempt unauthorized access to protected areas.

10. Governing Law & Venue

    These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms, the website, a reservation, or a stay shall be resolved in the state or county courts located in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

11. Acceptance

    By completing a booking, using the website, or entering the property, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
