This page helps guests and property hosts manage reservations at MKE Pleasure Paradyz, operated by StackHer LLC. Below you’ll find the fastest ways to cancel a reservation, message the host, view booking details, or get assistance.
You can request a cancellation directly from the Cancel Reservation page. The system will show whether your reservation is eligible for online cancellation.
If online cancellation is not available — for example, if check-in is approaching or the reservation has already been modified — a message will explain what to do next.
Some cancellations require direct host review. This does not mean your request is denied — it simply means the host needs to review timing, availability, or policy conditions.
The fastest way to reach the host is through your Guest Inbox.
If your cancellation qualifies for a refund under our Terms of Service, refunds are issued to the original payment method after confirmation.
Most refunds appear within 5 to 10 business days and may appear on your statement as StackHer LLC.
You can view reservation dates, payment receipts, and booking status at any time from your Guest Dashboard.
Property hosts and co-hosts may receive transactional SMS alerts when booking requests, guest messages, reservation updates, or cancellations occur.
SMS alerts are enabled within the secure host administration portal and are intended to help hosts respond quickly to reservation activity.
Message frequency varies depending on guest activity. Message and data rates may apply.
Hosts may reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from SMS notifications or reply HELP for assistance.
